• Heavy duty hinge, designed to bolt onto the gate post and weld onto the gate frame.
• This hinge is ideal for situations where in-the-field welding is not an option.
• High-temperature sealed bearings.
• Safe to powder coat with hinges installed on gate.
• Two sealed roller bearings (no greasing necessary).
• Slotted yoke for up to 1/2″ adjustability between the gate and post.
• Hinge mounting plates measure approximately 7-1/2″ x 1-1/2″.

Aluminum Body Model:

• Load rating per gate: 2,000 lbs (900kg)
• Maximum gate weight: 600 lbs (270kg)

Steel Body Model:

• Load rating per gate: 2,000 lbs (900kg)
• Maximum gate weight: 1,000 lbs (450kg)

To achieve listed weight ratings:

• It is necessary to employ standard and acceptable welding practices.
• Grade 5 or better bolts must be used for attachment.
• Note: we do not stock grade 5 or better bolts, they must be purchased from your local hardware store.
