• This gate latch is designed to be used with a gate stop that stops the gate slightly before the drop bar connects with the strike. Use of this latch without a gate stop will cause the drop bar to break.
• Should you need a gate stop, there are two options for matching gate stops:
  • A standard 1-3/4″ gate stop (Our SKU 768521)
  • An extended 3-1/4″ gate stop which accommodates a larger gap between your gate and gate jamb (Our SKU 768522)

• For double gates purchase the dummy option for a matching non-latching grip set for the second gate (Our SKU 768524).
• If you would like your gate to be lockable, purchase the Solid Bronze Hasp and Staple (Our SKU 768523).
